Zapper Store - How to return items for repair or refund

1. Contact us by telephone (888-533-7007 or 1-604-826-1406) or email to get an RMA number.
2. Write the RMA number on the package you wish to return for repair or refund.
3. Include a photocopy of your original receipt, making certain that your contact information is clearly visible.
4. Put a note inside explaining the reason for returning your item(s) - tell us whether it is a return for repair or return for refund
5. Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage and put your own address (the return address) clearly on the box
   

Now you may return the item(s) to this address:

5. Obtain a Customs Declaration label from your local post office
6. On the Customs label, write the description "Electronic test equipment, RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER - MADE IN CANADA"
7. Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage and fasten the Customs Label securely to the outside of the package

6. On the Customs label, write the description "Electronic test equipment.  RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER - MADE IN CANADA"
7. Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage and fasten the Customs Label securely to the outside of the package
