Zapper Store - How to return items for repair or refund
Please read these directions carefully to ensure the fastest possible service.

- Contact us by telephone (888-533-7007 or 1-604-826-1406) or email to get an RMA number.
- Write the RMA number on the package you wish to return for repair or refund.
- Include a photocopy of your original receipt, making certain that your contact information is clearly visible.
- Add a note explaining the reason for returning your item(s) - tell us whether it is a return for repair or return for refund
- Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage and put your own address (the return address) clearly on the box

- On the Customs label, write the description "Electronic test equipment, RETURNING TO MANUFACTURER - MADE IN CANADA"
- Package the item(s) carefully to prevent damage and fasten the Customs Label securely to the outside of the package
