We will provide an RMA number and return instructions to make the return process as painless & efficient as possible.

Zapper Returns

The AutoZap 5 zapper comes with a one-year money-back guarantee which does not cover the SuperStraps, as they are consumable. Other products are subject to a different return policy.

Zappicator Returns

There is no refund process for Super Zappicators or Food Zappicators as they are personal use items.

Syncrometer Returns

There are no refunds for the Syncrometer or wholesale orders.

All items returned for refund or repair should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Click here for Zapper Store return/repair instructions once we have given you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
