Returns Policy

CONTACT US BEFORE returning any items for repair.
We will provide an RMA number and return instructions to make the return process as painless & efficient as possible.

The Professional Auto-Zap comes with a 3-month money-back guarantee.
All other products are subject to a different return policy.

There is no return process for  Super Zappicators or Food Zappicators as they are personal use items.
There are no returns for the Syncrometer.  There are no returns for wholesale orders.

All items returned for refund or repair should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Contact us for shipping instructions and click here for written instructions once we have given you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
