Returns Policy

CONTACT US BEFORE returning any items for repair.
We will provide an RMA number and return instructions to make the return process as painless & efficient as possible.

The Auto-Zap 5 zapper comes with a one-year 100% money-back guarantee.  It does not cover the SuperStraps, as they are consumable.  All other products are subject to a different return policy.

There is no refund process for Super Zappicators or Food Zappicators as they are personal use items.
There are no refunds for the Syncrometer or wholesale orders. 

All items returned for refund or repair should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Contact us for shipping instructions and click here for written instructions once we have given you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
