Terms and Conditions
Listed below are taxes we are required, by law, to charge. We’re committed to making the order process as easy as possible.
We charge taxes on our products to orders shipped within Canada.
All orders are shipped from British Columbia, Canada and orders shipped to Canadian destinations are subject to any applicable taxes.
Orders shipped to outside Canada (U.S.A., and international destinations):
- We do not charge tax on orders being shipped out of Canada. Import taxes or levies charged are out of our control and depend on the importing country’s laws and regulations.
Orders shipped to British Columbia:
- All orders shipped to B.C. are subject to PST and GST.
- Shipping is subject to PST and GST.
Orders shipped elsewhere in Canada:
- All orders shipped to Canadian provinces other than British Columbia are subject to the local rate of taxation as required by Canadian law.
- Shipping is subject to taxation at the same rate.
We ship all orders via Canada Post or UPS at the buyer’s option. Whenever possible we will procure a tracking number for your order.
Most orders received before 10:00 AM PST (Pacific Time) on normal working days (Monday to Friday except holidays) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders received after 10:00AM PST and before midnight PST will be shipped the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends or Canadian holidays.
We make every effort to ensure you receive your order on time. However, we are not responsible for delays by Canada Post due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we are not responsible for delays incurred by customs.
Delivery estimates vary depending on the postal service specified when ordering, the level of service requested (eg. XpressPost, Expedited USA etc.) and the time when your order is shipped.
We refer you to the Canada Post website for delivery expectations and estimated time of arrival.
Generally, orders shipped via Canada Post’s XpressPost service will take 4-5 business days to arrive.
We stand behind our products.
As with all our dealings, we work hard to earn your trust and confidence by providing top quality tools in accordance with Dr. Hulda Clark’s Self Health philosophy. Our products are designed to last a very long time, and we believe in everything we sell 100%.
All products come with a minimum 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Our zappers and zappicators come with a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Consumable products, including SuperStraps, SuperGloves, and PetZap™ Contact Pads come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Items returned to us without an RMA number will be refused.
We have a special 1-year money-back guarantee for our AutoZap 5 zappers; simply use the AutoZap 5 zapper for a full year, and if for any reason you wish to return it we’ll refund your purchase price minus the cost of the included SuperStraps (or SuperGloves, if you ordered them instead). No hassle, no hard feelings.
All unused products can be returned for a refund (less 15% restocking fee) within 60 days from the time you received your order.
There are no refunds for personal use items, including SuperStraps, SuperGloves, SuperZappicators and PetZap™ Contact Pads.
All items returned for refund or repair should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Click here for return/repair instructions once we have given you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Wholesale orders and Clearance Sales
There are no refunds for wholesale orders or products sold as Final Sale clearance items.
