Our Returns and Refunds Policy

Items returned to us without an RMA number will be refused. We do not accept unsolicited mail.

Contact us and we will provide an RMA number and return instructions to make the return process as painless & efficient as possible.


Any product can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if returned unopened within 15 days from the time you receive it.

Once used, products are subject to the following return policy:

  • Zappers may be returned within one year for a full refund less the cost of the SuperStraps or SuperGloves, which are consumable.
  • There are no returns on consumable or personal-use items, including SuperStraps, SuperGloves, PetZap pads, or replacement cables for the AutoZap 5.
  • There are no returns on SuperZappicators as they are a personal-use item.


All items returned for refund or repair should be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Click here for return/repair instructions once we have given you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Wholesale orders and Clearance Sales

There are no refunds for wholesale orders, products sold as Final Sale or clearance items.
