Hello again! We are back with the latest tips and information for you who are following the Hulda Clark Method, and for those who want to keep up on the best natural health info.
WARNING: Over-the-Counter” Does NOT Mean Safe!
Be very careful about using over-the-counter medications (like cough syrups and cold/flu remedies) in your body! A friend of ours almost died a few weeks ago, by taking a half-dose of an over-the-counter antihistamine as a preventative. She thought this would help her avoid the flu her husband had. Wrong! She landed up extremely ill, and the doctor told her that if she had taken the full dose prescribed on the bottle that she would have died. She had an allergic reaction. And there are many other dangers lurking in these medications: Claritin ads say that side effects may include FLU. Do they put the flu virus in that stuff? Caveat emptor!
Century Nutrition Clinic Closed
Dr. Clark’s Century Nutrition Clinic has been closed until the new year. This is both good and bad news. The good news is that Dr. Clark is getting a much-needed break and rest, visiting family and concentrating on her own health. She had been working so hard, so long for others that she had not taken time for herself. The bad news, naturally, is that there are still many who wish they could go down to see her at the Clinic.
For those of you wishing you could go down to Dr. Clark’s clinic, we recommend that you download our new “How to Rebuild Your Health” ebook (in the middle of the front page at www.BestZapper.com). This gives you Dr. Clark’s basic clean-ups, and practical info on how to get and stay parasite-free. Then get started doing the home and body clean-ups. Get on the Auto-Zap zapper, and do the kidney and liver cleanses. Free your body of household chemicals, toxic food, and parasites. Do what you can do on your own first. Dr. Clark calls this “self health.” Our new ebook has resources you need at the end: dentist, testers and suppliers.
As you do this, and your body is recovering, start to read her books. We suggest starting with The Cure for All Diseases, then moving on to The Cure and Prevention of All Cancers. See www.BestZapper.com for Arthur’s Dr. Clark Book Review Video
Horses That LOVE The Auto-Zap Zapper
(a report from customer Marisha Moran)
I used the zapper built by Arthur Doerksen on my horses, and found they improved wonderfully. They loved it, too.
In fall 2007 Beaute Lindo, my 25 year old Paso Fino gelding, had an operation to remove a large tumor and 10-15 feet of dying intestine that had got wrapped around it. Afterward, he couldn’t gain weight and was worse still when he picked up ascaris worms. He had lost his beautiful shiny coat and his brown, happy, confident manner too. It was heartbreaking to see him so changed.
I had wanted to use the Zapper on him but was daunted, not knowing how to attach it properly so it would work and afraid of breaking it too. But Mr. Doerksen’s model is very tough, and he suggested a few things. He encouraged me to trust that Beau might sense that zapping was doing him good, and react favorably.
So I tried it. I used a money pouch with a long strap for the zapper. A set of lower leg ankle protectors with Velcro straps held the pipes.
First I soaked the dents in his inside upper legs above the knee where the pipes would go, to make good contact. Then I put the wraps on so the wide part (that was made to go over the ankle) would more or less go over the knees or nearly. Then I slipped the pipes down snugly in those wetted grooves. Next, put the pouch strap over his head (like reins) with the pouch hanging down in front of his chest. I attached the alligator clips and ZAPPED!
Immediately, Beau stopped fretting and fidgeting. He seemed deeply relieved (of pain?) and relaxed happily. His head eased down trustingly and he seemed engrossed and happy throughout the entire session, without taking another step, only shifting his weight once or twice. It was amazing.
I did this several days in a row, and I swear his good spirit came back and he looked forward to the zapping, standing patiently while I got it attached. He would even leave his favorite oats to meet me as I brought him the zapper.
So I tried it on my spirited 24 year old Paso Fino mare, Margarita de la Montana. After chasing her around the stall many times, I got her attached. Her reaction was similar but not so dramatic. She took a step or two. And (she is very pensive) she fluttered her eyes again and again as she nearly dozed contentedly. And if I ever threatened to leave after zapping Beau and not her (which I did on occasion) she would act jealous and try to get me to come back.
They both improved, Beau dramatically. People are surprised to hear their ages. Beau is 26 and happy, confident and willing to be ridden. And he shines, oh, he shines!

Q & A with Arthur
Q. The output on our new AutoZap zapper is 4.5 V on our voltmeter.
Dr. Clark states that the zapper should have a 9V output. Is something wrong with my zapper?
A. If the meter is set to DC volts, the output of your Auto-Zap zapper is correct. The DC volts range shows the DC voltage seen by the meter, averaged over a second or so. The Auto-Zap switches the output from full battery voltage (about 9 Volts) to zero volts 2500 times per second, spending equal times at 9 volts and 0.25 volts. The average output is thus (9 + 0.25)/2 = approximately 4.5 volts. This is what you measured.
Q. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. We have started on the cleanses in Dr. Clark’s books. What is the next step?
A. Hormonal cancers like uterine, ovarian and breast cancer are in a special class: they are often related to estrogen dominance (too much estrogen). Dr. John Lee explains this in his book “What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Breast Cancer: How Hormone Balance Can Help Save Your Life.” Estrogen dominance comes from strong estrogen-like ingredients in soy products, pesticides, body products, household plastics, junk food, prescription drugs that upset our natural hormones, and much more. Dr. Lee says that women today need natural progesterone cream to counteract all these “synthetic estrogen” sources.
As your wife is zapping daily, doing the cleanses, doing the household toxic cleanup, and parasite cleanups, we recommend that she include natural progesterone cream (according to Dr. Lee’s dosage guidelines in his book), as well as five other things: diet rich in vegetables and fruits, essential fatty-acids like Udo’s oil, natural dietary fiber (helps flush away excess estrogens), and extra natural vitamin C (rose hips). Avoid soy products. Email us for more information.
Lyn’s Nutrilicious Recipe: FESTIVE QUINOA SALAD
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
Boil water and quinoa for 15 minutes or until the water is allabsorbed.
Chop up raw vegetables – choose approx. 6 cups of the following
½ cup green onion
½ cup chopped celery
1-2 cups chopped cucumber
1-2 peppers chopped
2 cups grated carrot
½ cup sunflower seeds
1 pomegranate (seeds only)
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped and toasted almonds
Toss feta cheese on top (optional)
1 lemon squeezed
¼ cup good oil
2 tbsp honey
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1 ½ tsp curry powder
1 ½ tsp turmeric powder
If the salad needs more dressing, add a little apple or fruit juice.I chop up the vegetables and put them in the bottom of a large bowl.
Grated carrots should be on top. When the quinoa is cooked and drained, spread it over the grated carrots to cool. The carrots will soften a little. Wait for 10 minutes before tossing all the vegetables together.
Zappicate, and then chill for a few hours before serving.
This is a large recipe – leftovers keep well for 2 days. Serves 8.

Hi Arthur. Thanks for your newsletter. I have been getting your stuff for years and have referred a lot of people to you to buy zappers. 🙂 I had undiagnosed Lyme Disease for 8 years and it fixed me in about a month… at least 99% better. AMEN!!! 🙂
Dear Arthur, I’ve been using your zapper for about 2 years now and feel it’s been a great help in my life. I’ve always seen it help with friends of mine who had different severe health issues, ranging from TB to HIV infection. There is however one other issue that has recently come up and that is a friend of mine who was Hepatitis B diagnosed recently. SO FAR, he hasn’t developed any serious complaints, but it is a worrying diagnosis of course. I wonder if you have experience with people using your zapper for curing/reducing the virus and I would be so grateful to hear your feedback on this. Thanks so much for your help in advance. Please keep up your good work! All the best,
[Arthur’s reply: Yes! We have worked with several local people ourselves and seen great results with Hep B.]
In this holiday season, remember to keep zapping, build up your immune system with lots of greens and salads, drink lots of clean water (not pop), and avoid toxicity (body products, sprays, drugs). Above all, be thankful. We are SO blessed!
Till next time, may God bless you and yours!
