Hello again! We are back with the latest tips and information for you who are trying to follow the Hulda Clark Method, and for those who want to keep up on the best natural health info.

If you have been following Dr. Clark for any length of time, you will realize that this is a MAJOR breakthrough! According to Dr. Clark, this is the only thing that she has found that will destroy the scolex (egg-laying head) of a tapeworm completely, along with the rest of its stages.
To get started, you need 9 essential oils. The safest source is www.herbspicetea.com, San Francisco Herbs. Get a small bottle of each of these:
Take 3 drops of each oil 3 times per day for 5 days. Place the drops in a large vegecap (OO size) and swallow with water. You can mix several kinds of drops in one vegecap.
That is all there is to it. This recipe is another tribute to the healing power of herbs.
- Choose a dwelling with a floor above ground level and create an active ventilation process from the air below to the outside air.
- Clean your teeth once a day without contaminating them with the cleaner.
- Wash your body 3 or more times a week without a toxic cleaner: all things are absorbed.
- Do not suppress sweating. Do not reabsorb your sweat. Change clothing every day to avoid reabsorbing sweat and its polonium lanthanides.
- Do not wear any metal, plastic, or rubber (elastic) next to the skin.

Q. How can I feed my white blood cells (WBCs)?
A. Dr. Clark’s new book has the details on pages 151 to 153. It is called The Cure and Prevention of All Cancers. Dr. Clark reminds us that our white blood cells (WBCs) require good nutrition to do their jobs. If they are not fed what they need, your WBCs will just wait until they receive the germanium, selenium and vitamin C they must have to function.
Feed your white blood cells (WBCs) 3 times a day. To feed your white blood cells, take a teaspoon of hydrangea root (or safe raw nuts or peanut butter [zappicated]) for organic germanium, a large Brazil nut for organic selenium, and a teaspoon of ground rose hips. Also take a teaspoonful of currants 3 times a day. The best sources for rose hips are San Francisco Herbs at www.herbspicetea.com or www.DrClarkStore.com
The WBC’s respond immediately, in a minute or two, so you can take these foods just before zappicating. Put the rose hips in large vegecaps if you wish, or take them with water. The new book has a lot more detail, but this will get you started.
Q. I heard that Dr. Clark has now approved stainless steel cookware instead of glass. What brand of stainless steel pots are OK to use? Any particular Target brand?
A. Dr. Clark is now using “Kittamor” brand stainless steel cookware. Don’t know of a distributor, but it can be found on the internet. From Target, Chefmate has tested OK, all except the very large soup pot. Those need to be individually tested.

Sauté these three ingredients in a small amount of olive oil until yams start to soften
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 large Yam, peeled and diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Add broth and spices
- 4 cups broth – chicken or veggie broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ½ tsp. ground cumin
Stir in these beans and cook for 20 minutes:
- 1 can garbanzo beans (drained) or 1 ½ cups of cooked garbanzo beans
- 1 cup diced zucchini or diced green beans
- ½ – 1 cup cooked rice (left-over rice is great)
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp whole peanuts (sprinkle on soup if desired)
Don’t forget to zappicate either the ingredients, or the finished soup.
I’ve been using the zapper pretty regularly, and I guess the biggest improvement for me has been increased energy level….February was the first month in the past 5 years that I didn’t NEED to go to bed at 7:30 PM every night.

Hello Arthur, I want to first say Thank You! I bought my first zappicator and tooth zapper in summer of 2006 and it has been a major key in getting my health back. I have just seen there is a super zappicator and will be buying that soon. I have been wanting to write you and ask if you could modify a zapper for me. Currently, Dr. Clark says to zap for 8 hours with cancer/AIDS. However, its kind of a pain having to turn the zapper on and off every 7 minutes. Could you modify a zapper for me that would stay on for the whole cycle (63 minutes) and then turn off? Thank you!
