Hello dear friends,

Happy New Year for 2024!

Lately I have been preparing more followups for the Hulda Clark Action Plan series. It’s a series of free emails highlighting Dr. Clark’s books, especially for those who do not have her books yet. I decided to highlight one of those messages today. All of this is in her book “The Cure for All Diseases”, which is worth getting, by the way.

Almost every home nowadays is touched with mental health decline of some kind.

MOLD in the HOME

It is a scary thought that mental health decline could be related to mold. Let’s begin with a quote from Dr. Clark’s book “The Cure for All Diseases” p. 267-269 (our affiliate link)

“Much more mold toxin was seen in schizophrenic families than in other kinds of illness. They usually had four or more kinds of mold toxins at the same time, meaning that one toxin was not detoxified before the next was already eaten.” She proceeds to explain that initial exposure could have begun in childhood, and never excreted through the liver. And schizophrenia is an ancient illness, also found in children.

“It is my belief that the current increase in violent crime in US society can be attributed to the especially high levels of mold consumption in foods and beverages…..”

Dr. Clark wrote that all grain products, nuts and syrups contain mold. All dairy must be sterilized, and all commercial beverages stopped. The book is loaded with information on the topic and detoxifying the liver to excrete mold and using Vitamin C to neutralize mold. I will write more on this in the future.
Identifying and eliminating mold hiding out in our homes is a big task, with whole companies dedicated to mold sleuthing. Water leaks, black mold, environmental and hidden mold in foods are some places. It
occurred to me that we have a source of mold right under our very nose – the Refrigerator.

I’m referring to all the bottles, jars and containers of condiments, left over sauces, oils, and also leftover food pushed to the back of the refrigerator and forgotten. Most of these fill at least 25-30% of the fridge, and are expired, contain mold and are toxic. By the time we actually see mold on top, they are seriously harmful.

Join me today in quickly disposing of old condiments, all old dressings and oils in the refrigerator. All are oxidized and are poison to us anyway. I just threw out one BBQ sauce which expired in Nov/21. These things carry heavy health risks for zero health benefit.

Take Action. Be ruthless, and clean your refrigerator of any old condiment, or sauce you are just storing, before you ever spot mold on it. Just do it. This is the wisest thing you can do. Years ago I used to have at least 4 dressings in my fridge at any given time. Now I make one at a time, and use it up as quickly as possible.

Make your own tasty dressing using basic ingredients:

• 3/4 to 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil, or good-tasting olive oil
• 1/4 cup good-tasting vinegar or lemon juice (I use balsamic vinegar)
• 1-2 Tbsp honey
• 1 Tbsp whole grain mustard,
• 1-2 Tbsp Italian herbs

Salt & Pepper to taste

Optional: 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 minced garlic clove
