Please read these directions carefully to ensure the fastest possible service. All items sent back to us for repair or refund must have a note enclosed stating the reason for return and the RMA number we provide when you follow these instructions.
Please read our Returns Policy before calling for an RMA number. Please note that we do not accept UPS or FedEx shipments.
Write the RMA number prominently on the outside of the package you need to return for repair or refund.
Include a photocopy of your original receipt, making certain that your contact information is clearly visible. Ensure that your contact information is accurate.
Include a note inside explaining the reason for returning your item(s) – tell us whether it is a return for repair or return for refund.
Package the item(s) well to prevent damage and put your own address (the return address) clearly on the box.
Ship the parcel to us via Canada Post. Use the address we provided along with the RMA number.
