Here at Best Zapper, we recall the days when Dr. Clark’s books were first published, and we read every one from cover to cover. Those were exciting days as the concept of Parasites as a cause of chronic illness and disease was very new. Lately we’ve been in touch with many people who have not read her books or even gone back to understand some of the underlying concepts that were first detailed in the books. Here are some of the takeaways from Dr. Clark’s writings, for those of you who don’t have a book.

Hulda Clark’s Use of Turmeric to kill E coli.
Research on Turmeric began as far back as the 1920’s and 1930’s and still continues today. Dr. Hulda Clark used this spice as a key medicinal ingredient for her cancer patients back in 2007. Today we are still discovering what this can do in the human body, especially for heart disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease and more.
Turmeric has now been found to be one of the world’s most powerful foods, an anti-inflammatory, and according to many studies, to be as effective as 14 pharmaceutical drugs; diabetes drugs, cholesterol medication, antidepressants and chemotherapy drugs all made the list, among others. This really grabbed my attention, because my goal is to eat strategically and naturally to avoid sickness and disease, and avoid all prescription drugs.
Dr. Hulda Clark recommended turmeric in her “Organ Improvement Recipes”, especially in her Bowel Program, eradicating E. coli and shigella bacteria, and also using it in an enema bucket in a certain sequence along with fennel and lugol’s iodine.

The Bowel Program
“Turmeric and fennel are herbs also used as cooking spices. They can eradicate invasive E. coli and Shigella bacteria! They are completely harmless, and are part of the Bowel Program.”
The Cure for All Diseases, p.444, Safe Supplements
“Bacteria are always at the root of bowel problems, such as pain, bloating and gassiness. . . . The worst bowel bacteria are the Salmonellas, Shigellas, and E. Coli because they have the ability to grow in the rest of your body.”
1. The first thing to do is improve sanitation. Use 70% (approx) grain alcohol in a spray bottle at the bathroom sink. Or Lugol’s iodine, one drop per cup water. Sterelize your hands after bathroom use and before meals by spraying or dipping them.
2. Second, take Lugol’s solution, six drops in 1/2 cup water 4-6 times daily. This is specifically for Salmonella, which is responsible for at least half of all bowel distress…..
3. “Third, use turmeric (6 capsules, 3 times daily). This is the common spice, which I find helps against Shigella, as well as E. coli. Expect orange coloured stool. Fourth, use fennel (6 capsules, 3 times daily). Take turmeric and fennel, one after the other and 5 minutes after Lugol’s for fastest relief.”

“This is a “super” enema that can improve your sick-feeling immediately. Timing is important for this since Lugol’s can kill bacteria, but not the oncoviruses sheltered inside the bacteria.” Dr. Clark goes on to describe the exact details of this enema protocol, using 6 Turmeric capsules in the enema bucket, and also Fennel and Lugol’s Iodine.
